please Letho don't go crazy, coz its the nature: the more you get the more you want, dont wanna lose you so early ;) BTW, can you plz try enna and let me/us know how it performs. thanks

EDIT: Now running 950mhz... soon its going to be dust

Hot stuff! It seems that you have to take the device to Sampsa Kurri (muropaketti.com) and do some serious overclocking tests with liquid nitrogen. :D

But seriously, this might be interesting news for overclocking sites, and also more publicity for N900.

iam hoping he will send me the files needed so i can test at this speed mate ill keep you updated the droid runs perfectly well at 800mhz so iam thinking the n900 should be ok

infact some users have taken the droid to 1ghz :-)

good to see you about mate i remember you from i8910 users and aas :-)

Now we need some benchmarks to see the performance increase

^ Maybe video :)

I certainly would like to "bump up" my cpu to 800MHz :D

Pi calculates approximately 31% faster at 800 MHz compared to 600, which is very close to what one would expect :)

So far my device has been stable at 800 MHz, and the boost given for any CPU-bound task is very nice. After getting used to this it would probably suck to go back to 600 :)

One has to remember though that even if the device runs stable, it's lifetime could get seriously reduced due to increased thermal stress. So those users who were worrying about their N900s getting obsolete probably don't need to apply...

So is there any easy way to speed up to 800MHz looking from user who knows linux, but isn't that familiar by itself? :)
