I had to restart my phone to get the update (I'm in Australia).

I'm downloading now, but it's very slow seeing as everyone must be updating at the same time :P

For the next update, I'm hoping for:

faster transitions when changing orientation

faster response time when turning the device to launch the phone application,

better WiFi power management, portrait keyboard for browsing (and hopefully texting),

better battery life

better contacts management
(I hate the way your MSN/Facebook Chat, etc accounts are all together with your phone contacts. I'm hoping for group integration so it only displays phone contacts in one tab, MSN in another, etc etc.
Also, when I add a 'Home' phone number (landline), it comes up with 'Home (SMS)', an SMS option for the landline number. I'd like to be able to delete that.)

Restarted phone, went to app manager, update, it's there. Installed flawlessly, phone seems snappier indeed. From Romania

Is this another update without a heads up and change log from Nokia or the Councils?

I was trying to make space for the update. I uninstalled few apps and then tried to install the update. It said Not enough memory. That can't be right. Cause I just uninstalled almost 70+ mb worth of apps. So, I rebooted my device and now it never comes up.

Does anyone knows this problem.

Luckily, I have one app (forgot its name) installed which shows the boot logs and stuff when the device is booting.

It reaches this place and then suddenly switches off.

Before this was the camera daemon which went successful...

Any help on this...

all repositories are disable beside nokia system software updates and nokia application ...

I can`t download it .. because less of space on the N900.. why that ?!
