I read the same, I can't remember exactly what was said but flash wasn't downgraded (we're still on the same version); it was just something to do with the build numbers.

update on artifacts...
perhaps I should not post here since the tweak plugin is doing it's job nicely and the problem I had, and others have, has to do with something else.
anyway,
I just flashed my device with flasher and started fresh. I installed only tweak flasher and checked again.
Everything streams perfectly.
no ugly artifacts, no green lines, no dragons here.

wierd thoug.. coul anyone check this and confirm this who doesnt use the tweak flasher flugin ?? that the user that dont uses tweak flash dont get those green lines ??

cuz if so i dont want to flash my device again and i want to put the stock flash in it..
