I converted 2 games to ISO and it crashes when I run the ISO... is there a trick to make this work? Where can I download working games?

hey guys sorry if this was asked 9000 times but when will this game be able to be easily installed you know like doksnes? and could anyone tell me if classic rpg's like chrono cross and ff 7,8,9 work on this?

Try downloading those games in bin format from some torrents. As long as you own them it is legal. However it is not guaranteed that every psx game will work in Psx4all on n900.

Try also changing the bios version, It depends on whether it is European or American and what region your psx games are.

Got something weird with FFVII.. When in battle mode, PSX4ALL tells me I'm running at 60fps yet it looks like it's running at 20fps.

I downloaded the package from the app manager, when i tried the other day it said I needed the missing packages. So far I've only tried crash team racing using the 1001 bios, i dont get past the sony screens. im trying another game now. great work :D

Colin McRae....for anyone that made it work....what settings do you have?Mine crashes except if I click 'Interlace 1', then it doesn`t crash but it is horrible (horizontal lines everywhere)

can someone please tell me how to get FF7 working properly.
it crashes just when about to enter first battle.

i am using psx4all stand alone.without additional bios or anything, just the way it comes.

appreciated very much.

p.s smoku excellent work and i know this is an under developement app but would it be possible for the sound to be played the way its suppose to.because a game like FF7 is all about the soundtrack to get you dived in the moment.

smoku thanks for doing this its because of you and this emu i got the phone. sadly only breath of fire 3 works correctly for me.. which is enough for now :D i forced the latest version to install before the fix became availible.. id like to stop it appearing on the app manager update though, if i uninstall and download it fresh will that work ok? im new to the linux x terminal and i struggled to force it to install the first time so id hate to go thru it again. thanks

a N900 costs about 500$, right?
So we need 50 people spending 10$.
I would do that, if he promises a 100% working emulator (or nearly 100%).
You can't count on Nokia on that, /me thinks (because it's an emulator^^)

Intro ran smoothly but in game play very slow. Frame dropped to 2 per second.

I've heard they are working on a PSX emu for the Driod/Milestone which has the same chipset as the N900 and from what I've read it's coming along nicely although there aren't any screenshots/videos of it. Wonder how that's going to be like..

I appologise if this has already been asked but i tried searching the thread and couldn't find anything, is there any chance of getting the accelerometer to work with this as my main interest is in driving games and it would just be the icing on the cake.
