Not any more. After that, I tested the replacement and now it looks like this.

What is "diff"? :)

Original was here: /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/organiser/style
renamed to .orig and copy new .css there.


mv -f /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/organiser/style/eventdetails.css /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/organiser/style/eventdetails.css.orig
cp -r /home/user/MyDocs/fdb/eventdetails.css /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/organiser/style/

ah you changed it in base folder...I did the changes on the fdb-originalv7.4 folder...Maybe thats the reason why the change didn't work...I can't touch base folder as I have so many themes installed; I don't mess it up...

Aaa... the diff...

It is separator line. I tried to get bottom line similar to the others, but I did not succeed.

Why more themes? There is only one what need to use. ;)

Well F2thak's FDB range is already 12 versions on my phone + magenta + faenza + wook's unreleased 3 versions + blanco...

My primary theme is FDB Blood Redv7.4 but then variety is the spice of life :D


Edit: But i still don't understand why when I used your file to replace those in FDB Originalv7.4's folder, I didn't get the same output as you...Maybe its again the problem of this change only being affected if put in base folder similar to the splash images issue...

FDB Original doesnt have organiser.conf-file in organiser-folder.... ???

Is another color themes calendars ok?

I dont either have it in FDB organiser-folder.
I tryed to take it from base, but it doesnt work in FDB theme. Maybe som, who can, have to fix it.

Must be something I must have screwed somewhere again as I've replaced the .css files and did a diff on them too and still they don't work...Will check it out later...

Now that d theme seems to b complete, can u publish the themes only without the mods ???? Plz ......No disregard to ur hard work at all , but my personal choice is i just luv ur themes bt don't want the caller UI mod , so y not make them optional ????

extract theme and delete folder(s) of things you dont want. caller-ui, etc.

then install

I haven't tested them but they should be ok...They do not have the calendar update as F2thak has mentioned earlier due to the base folder being untouched...

Can you test this? I think this shoud work too.

Copy
- organiser.conf to /usr/share/themes/fdb-original/meegotouch/organiser
- organiser.css to /usr/share/themes/fdb-original/meegotouch/organiser/style

Those are original files from base.

Before I test it out; can you tell me if I use organiser.css wouldn't it revert to stock configuration insteaed of the fdb-originalv7.5's style?

Also I just realised that in v7.5, F2thak has omitted the organiser folder in ~/fdb-originalv7.5/meegotouch/

Copyed new fdb-organiser-folder to usr/share/themes/fdb-original/meegotouch/
Copyed organiser.conf and organiser.css to new organiser- and style-folder.

I'am using new 7.5 and all working perfect. A new theme style is applied. :)


Now we need to begin to solve the following issues. :rolleyes:

Hi all,

I've managed to create .deb files that once installed will auto-apply the theme and once uninstalled will revert to blanco (default) theme...

I've tested them and they work; if you can't install by clicking them just do the installation via terminal (though it should work by simply clicking too)

You still can install all 3 themes then choose via theme settings to switch but these .debs are more useful if you just want the file to auto-apply and auto-revert upon uninstallation hence rendering theme settings unnecessary...
