Re: overclocking kernel modules + UI for PR1.2 [ko v1.5.3] [ui v1.2.3]
I just noticed that the optimization process drains the battery especially when the iterations are increased:
I was optimizing my n9 as following:1200Mhz @ 1275000v with 10000 iterations my battery was about 50% then after the test was done it dropped to 19% .... not that i'm wining about it but is this normal ? |

It seems SR needs voltage increment to be stable , now I don't know what worths more , lower voltage and sr off or higher voltage and sr on ? |

Re: overclocking kernel modules + UI for PR1.2 [ko v1.5.3] [ui v1.2.4]
Yes, you'll be happy to know I wasted a few hours figuring out how to inject the correct version number from the changelog into my c++ and qml code so this never happens again. Sorry for the inconvenience
You guys should pick better stuff to complain about... |
Re: overclocking kernel modules + UI for PR1.2 [ko v1.5.3] [ui v1.2.4]

Re: overclocking kernel modules + UI for PR1.2 [ko v1.5.3] [ui v1.2.5]
New version 1.2.5 of the UI, only difference is that it checks this forum topic for new versions of the UI and kernel modules.
You can trigger the update check from the menu, or not. It automatically does the check when you start the ui if you are on wifi network or your data connection reports 'home network' (not roaming). I think this is cool, now you never have to come back here to see if there's a new version... :) |
Re: overclocking kernel modules + UI for PR1.2 [ko v1.5.3] [ui v1.2.5]
oh, i guess i broke one thing on the about page, oops. now it doesn't show the current version again. let me fix that... download again in 5 min if you did already.
Man, this stuff is a pain sometimes. Found another bug and fixed it too. Just testing now... Okay it probably works now :p Hmmm I'd rename it to 1.2.5a but it will break my update function. Well, the .deb is a bit bigger now. 68,564 bytes. |

Re: overclocking kernel modules + UI for PR1.2 [ko v1.5.3] [ui v1.2.5]
the update is 1.2.5? Or 1.2.5a? Because the page said 1.2.5
