Someone who "got it" should create a Wiki page, please. Then update the thread by linking to the wiki in the initial post of the thread. Thanks :-)

This release is meant for developers. They will get a grip without wiki howto.
Casual users won't find this emulator useful.

And this wouldn't be 20+ pages long thread if people searched first, before asking the same question again.

When creators do this great work it is better to updated the initial post!
That saves a lot of threads and questions...

Just my 2 cents...

Do you have any idea which are the opengl functions used in the peopsxgl plugin that aren't available in opengl ES 2.0 or any of the opengl to opengl es libraries you mentioned?

If you can identify these maybe someone could change the implementation using opengl es functions?

This is answered about 20 times throughout this post, I think it should be quite easy to find. Even I know it and I dont have an N900 yet :p

Smoku,

As I have said I don't have my N900 yet but it will be in my hands soon.

I have been following talk.maemo.org for a month or so now in preperation for what I want to do with my handset. Alongside the Android on Maemo project I see the PSX emulator as a massivley beneficial piece of work too.

Are you actually still working on this or have you moved on? If your still on it do you have any update on progress and what we might expect in the future?
