how come the vkb is messed up when using Theme Customizer with the Alpha theme? The letters in the vkb becomes too big to fit in the individual buttons. Letters Q, Y, and J is cut off. any solutions?

Does someone still need this? I can try to recall what I coded in the past and see if I can come up with the update at some point.

The source is also available at the repo for anyone to make the patch aswell ;)

Well I guess lot of us still need and use theme customizer and cssu tuner transitions....it would be great to have an update....

And nice to see that you're still around from time to time (guess I never said directly thx for all your maemo 5 themes so I say it now before it'll be too late - big big thx man!), and are you satisfied with your sensation ?...

man your app is one of the best ones out there!!! if any other app has a conflict with theme customizer.Theme customizer is the last man standing lol. good to hear from you, I remember when you first brought this app out, there were daily updates,even 2/3 a day I miss those days!

The problem is that Theme Customizer overwrites transitions.ini deleting newest CSSU entries such as blacklist.

Heh, you're welcome :)

I have to say I've been pretty happy with the Sensation itself, allthough the Android community is not anywhere near to Maemo community :-/

Oh, and I dropped the damn Sensation to the asphalt and broke the screen so I'm back to Nokia (2730 multimedia superphone) while I get my HTC back from repair center. That's why I thought doing some updates to my Maemo programs, I have nothing else to do :-D

theme customizer is fine(exept for the icon size & icon background) for me (using CSSU) but i thinks you need to make update with your CSSU tuner...that is the major problem right now...somehow current CSSU tuner is not compatible with latest transition...i prefer your tuner rather than CSSU features but i have to remove it due to transition...

Seems like the CSSU wiki haven't been updated recently..

So could someone give me heads up what's new in the CSSU or point me to the proper forum posts where these new settings (transitions.ini and others) have been explained :)

It's pretty difficult for me to test the current CSSU myself since I don't own the device anymore :D

Now the main problem is that you can activate extra CSSU features with that application from Saturn or manually add applications to the white/black lists but then if you use Theme Customizer to change the icon pack or whatever, the transitions.ini file is overwritten loosing you changes.

I think icon resizing and shortcut borders configuration should be integrated in CSSU instead of being maintained in separate application.

The only way that I know to resize the Icon is uninstall cssu resize your icon and then install cssu!!

I know its a pain but if your like me and stick to one size and not constantly resizing its not so bad..it's the first thing I do after a reflash!!!

why go all the way when you can cut the step in half using my way...

just install/downgrade theme customizer from the latest to v0.9-65...you can resize your icon using that version...
the only downfall about v0.9-65 is no CSSU tuner...well since CSSU tuner is not compatible with latest transition then you got nothing to worry about...

it not theme customizer fault but it is cause by the font you use...using default font wont mess up the virtual keyboard unless you change the size of that font...

About icon resizing, I could not find any usefull info about that. Any forum post I should read? I need to know where those values are stored in the latest CSSU so I can change my code to support it :)

Yeah... but then the Theme Customizer will overwrite your newer hildon-home brought by CSSU. It's better if the latest CSSU hildon-home now supports the resizing and I just update Theme Customizer to work with it.

i tried using theme-customizer v~63 with latest cssu and icon resizing works perfectly.. ;)

edit: and even portrait rotation works well..

If you want to keep it through updates, until it finally will (or will not) break cssu features, you might put it on holdFasterApplicationManager has a blacklist function to do the same, i think?

I had this too, I think I might had messed up with the settings, now whenever I add a shortcut to the desktop, the size of the icon is very small until I cnt even touch and move it, now how am I gonna fix this problem ? I tried to uninstall this theme customizer but still the icon appear small

Hi D-iivil, if you have time, there was a theme I was in love with, it's "High Contrast Theme", unfortunatly the vkb is the old one we had before PR. 1.2 update, is there a chance for upgrade it too please ? and thanks again for all you did for our N900 ! :)

Have you restored the files of the theme in the settings before delete TC ? if not re-install it, choose the theme, and restore it by default, then icons and others change will come back.

I havent try that but what I did is I go to the settings, choose "clear device" and it works, the shortcut icon added is back to its original size but the icons aren't enclosed, because previously the desktop shortcut icons are all enclosed by a square around it,but thanks for taking time and write me the solutions. I am from malaysia ... using n900 about a year ...

I just installed the CSSU and then my icon all become very small ..

I opened Theme Customizer and the icon size folder is unfunctional ..

i am very2 newbie foor this N900 .. can someone help me ..

no need to uninstall latest version of TC...just dpkg -i v63 then it will automatic downgrade it....using FAM you can blacklist TC so it wont upgrade to latest version anymore....

If refers to manually install version 0.9-63 of Theme Customizer. You need to download first the deb package of that version.

If you don't know how, maybe it's easier for you to follow Vetsin recomendation, but if you want I could explain the other process.

download "theme-customizer_0.9-63_all.deb", and click on it. it will install with app manager.

this option will be avaible in the next version, after the release of latest cssu? if will be a next version...
also, the ichon size could ve increased higher than 150?

Now the new problem come ...

Before I downgrade it ... i notice that there were 9 desktop that can be use ..
but now they back to normal .. only 4 active desktop .. how can i fix it ..

if you still using v63 then resized the icon as you wanted...once finish then upgrade it back to latest version....
remember when resizing the icon make sure you resized in all of your themes in your device...if you don't then some themes will have big icons while other will have small/default size icon...
