Maybe * a big maybe * not to affect lumia sales :) because what's the point of buying a super smartphone and not being able to be socially connected .So Whatsapp became a must to anyone to be connected to the other more than facebook or other's

P.s: At least in my country where call's and sms and internet fee's are way more than anyone on earth :p

Yeah, because a developer with apps for all the COMMERCIALLY SUPPORTED platforms are gonna give a monkey about us LOL

We are a tiny minority compared to the millions who own Droids, iOS and WP! So don't think for a second WhatsApp will care about making an App in Qt which they havent even used before for a TINY company.

The only reason they might make one in the future using Qt is for the BB10 platform as it supports Qt and then maybe it can be ported to MeeGo/Maemo.

Otherwise, not a chance in hell

you're kidding? If you firmly convinced of is that meego the coolest OS. I have several programs to give up? Unfortunately yes, but then would you special, when it was programmed by third persons.

EDIT: for the other OS, it is standard that such programs available. Less is more but also the joy;)

I knew whatsapp wasn't gonna come for the N9, but I couldn't resist the looks, charm, and OS :) I think if everyone knew whatsapp wasn't gonna come for the N9, no one would be nagging except those who didn't know. It just that now that we do know wazapp is coming, everyone is being impatient!
