It is working like a charm :)
I have registered but with my old number (that i used in JAVA)
So no SMS as it was registered before
i will try registering with a new simcard right after i finish my exams

I'm trying to rule out some causes of why i cant log in...
Again, i'm a N0ob. i'm just guessing here.

if i didn't have the qt and qt mobile on my device i wouldn't been able to install the app in the first place. am i right?

i'm pretty sure i've put the number correctly... i've tried difent ways, with code area without it, etc...

@Scorpius when i'm able to send PMs i'll send the log to you.

btw, does anyone know how much post do i have to have in order to send PMs?

If you change the name of your contact after you loaded Yappari, it won't be refreshed on the application until you restart it. That's also because there's no contact sync.

I think that's because that release is not using native Maemo notifications (even though they look like native) and the audio server gets stuck. That doesn't happen to me and I just tested it. I just press the blue arrow once and the next key is modified. I press it twice and I get the yellow banner that says Fn is locked.

All your request have everything to do with Contacts Synchronization. It'll be implemented soon. This is just an alpha version. Don't expect it to be complete, and it won't be until v1.0.0.

i had another problem with that...

$ apt-get install libqt4-core
E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (13 Permission denied)

when i type yes, the terminal just go nuts... starts to write "y" continuosly.

just to clarify.... i try to read everything and folow as much as i can all the nstructions... but i'm just a noob...
