hello everybody, i was following this thread long time ago and i have to say all of you are a great artist, im wondering whit every new post.;)

now i want to show you my work, is not finish yet cuz i want make a little changes like to make the icon of conect now and fm transmisor transparent and maybe i change the wallpapers. i hope get your coments.

thank you D4rKlar, im using already some icons you posted in this thread and in share your mods thread, like the aplications manager screen, transitions, and as you can see the media player widget also, are soo cool, and i use the FMTX icons you posted also, but i dont know why looks like that.

thank you Qosmio, that button is perfect for my wallpaper, i go to use it rigth now. ;)

btw, wich program u use to edit the icons?
cuz i have a lot of very nice icons but are in .ico format, and went i want to convert in .png the icons lose the transparence and i dont know how i can make it trasparent.

hey guys.....all of ur mods on the n900 are awesome and makes me wonder why can't i do this......and i've done a fair bit of research.....and i've heard more often that i need openssh to do these changes......would someone please tell me what i need to do next after i've installed that on n900.......also on what i do with these different dimensions of pics i keep reading like 12x12 and 144x144.....a very simple step guide on what to do after gettin openssh would be most helpful or even a link to where to look ???

Hmmm.. the FMTX widget you're using is definitely not the custom one mate- try reinstalling and give your phone a re-boot.

As for programs the most popular by far are paint.net and gimp

The reason is it's not the custom widget.

OK from your phone navigate to the following post:

Then click on the armel.deb link, and chose the option to use the application manager. Give it time to install then re-boot and you should be good to go! ;)

In that zip file there is the new " simple-fmtx-widget_0.5.0_armel.download "..... Just install that and reboot.. But remember Don't update.. coz it will go back to the old one..

I remember seeing some crazy sick N800 or N810 mods and IMO your Matrix desktops are the closest I've seen to that on the N900.

my main one desktop, i tend to use only 2 desktops at the moment. already removed the get started widget a long time ago :P my desktop is still the same

You can make one with the Queen Beecon widget... you will find it in downloads.. All you have to do is set to show the date and the time..

Really its that easy... hope this helps

i guess i better join the show... so here i my desktop as of now..

i have a desktop with program and games shortcuts in the middle i have "personal photo frame" with girls from the local newspaper... why... they have the right size :)

not much to say about my main screen... you can all see what i have done... taken some things from the mod thread..

on my last desktop i have all my bookmarks cause i use the internet alot on the run.... it really helps when you have 3G flatrate
