Premium Premium Premium Premium... What is Premium for a company like jolla? I simply not think a company with a size of Jolla can deliver a premium devices according to my standards and in relation to what other players have up the sleeves for mid 2013.

If jolla can be very close to the top of the line premium brands out there for the first device I would be really surprised... And impressed. Jolla device or galaxy note 4... Can't decide yet. Luckly i have plenty of time.

Such led would only be of any use on a LCD-device. Donotwant LCD, want OLED. I find the LED on the N9 exceptionally useless, as the display consists out of hundreds of thousands RGB-LEDs.

7.
Can jolla download and run any android apps? Where do they get there info from. Is that confirmed how jolla using play store and android apps with myriad?

Question for the other thread maybe... Just a hint.... ;)
I doubt they'd be able to use the Play store, the authors would have to agree to host their apps at another store(s), after 1st making some simple changes using Myriad's tools.

I've read in a few places that Sailfish will soon be hacked and ported to N9. Are there any work being done now or when is it possible to start porting Sailfish? I'm just curious to know when or if this process is already in the works and by whom :)

Sailfish is already working on the N950.
Based on your information from installing Nemo and/or the Recovery Initrd, take a guess as to whether it would boot on the N9.
Hint: It probably does. All we need is for Jolla to release a rootfs and kernel image.

Thanks for the answer Hurrian. So then were're waiting for them to release the rootfs and kernel image. I hope that'll happen pretty soon. It would be nice to become a Sailfish by Christmas.

Yes that's it!...and you know you want it too

I wonder if Jolla want/need to improve stuff before releasing the rootfs and kernel image or why it's not out there "already" for us to test.

Besides I gave you your answer, for a more authoritative/verified one, it'd need to come from them ofc.
