Great program, and useful for my HTPC. I look forward to future releases. Will we be able to create our own layouts in the future?

Hey guys.

Why cant the N810 keyboard work while in mouse mode? This would be awesome.

Also, until BlueMaemo can automatically connect with the PC, here is a little script I wrote to automate the process.

Only tested on Windows Vista. Will probably only work with Microsoft Stack.

You just need to supply your tablets bluetooth name. If you use autoit, you can hard code this in.

I am just a modder, so this is a hacked together GUI script. Really hacked. I do stupid things like check the color of the "next" box in order to know if the search is finished and stuff. But it does work (for me).

Maybe :)
First I have to correct some bugs and implement the reconnection feature (really tricky:( ).

Already implemented in the SVN.

I already made the reconnection function (tested only in Linux, but should work for others), but is only 'hardcoded' now, no GUI.I've planned release a new version of BlueMaemo this week, but some unexpected work appears and I can't do anything until Friday, maybe in the weekend/begin of next week a new version appear :)

ChangeLog of the SVN version:

* Added space key map to the profiles;
* Added method to change bluetooth adapter mode;
* N810 Hardware keyboard support while in mouse profile;
* Major code refactoring - Separated all profiles;
* Reconnection feature - Alpha;

To-Do for v0.2:

* New UI for reconnect

If I'm missing some request that can be done easily tell me :)

Not sure how this is implemented, but assuming it just takes X key events, this would also work with a BT or USB keyboard, right?

Yes, but is only designed for the key combinations of the n810 hw keyboard (E.g. Fn generate "ISO_Level3_Shift"), other keyboards can generate different combinations for non-standard buttons like the Fn key. Shift, CTRL and other should work fine.
