Anyone here used comgateway before?
I'm a bit worried cause they haven't notified me, and my tablet's been on their warehouse for more than 24 hours :(

If they're on the east coast then they've probably closed because of the hurricane.

I just called them, they said i have to wait til monday because they're closed on saturday :(
She's kinda rude, telling me she has to go home and don't have time for my order, geez..
I wouldn't complain if they registered my order already..
It's been on their warehouse for almost 2 days now

Maybe it's just me but i always have bad experience with american customer service..

Portland is in Oregon, the west coast. I've never heard of Comgateway in my life and I'm a Yank.

Just realised that HP TP comes with a 50GB cloud space too ! that too for free !
Shame cant use it on the go as it does not recognise n900 ad-hoc network:(

It's one of the cheaper freight forwarders, compared to the big ones like bongo, myus their fee is cheaper..
I read some reviews, it's mixed i guess, some faced problems, but the others were satisfied.. I used shipto before but bestbuy won't send to shipito anymore so i had to look for other alternatives..

afaik, we pay them to send the package to your country once the package is registered to your account, but mine is still in the warehouse
