Is it N900 or N9?
How did you try to install?

this is because of libqtm-mutimedia but if I remove it as dependency then I will not able to play sound if it is not previously installed

Thanks. I'll have a look at that. I don't like randomly pinging people I don't know in my town, but it looks like I dont have a choice...

mutimedia, is that a typo?

It appears in your debian/control file as well:
Code:

Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}, qtquickcompat, libqtm-location | libqtm-12, libqtm-contacts | libqtm-12, libqtm-mutimedia | libqtm-12, libqtm-systeminfo | libqtm-12

I'm afraid that I am not familiar with such installation method.

Basically there are 2:
1) Install it using the default web browser
2) Install AppForMeego, enable AppsForMeego testing and last install waze from it

If you chose method 2, you will get update notifications for new releases

Damagespline, excellent working haven't tried this app in months, got an update for it, so I thought I would try it again. WOW works extremely well! does voice navagation work? there is a box that sits on the screen that says voice navagation in progress but it never moves past 0 percent? Other than that very well done!!

Hopefully it was only this that was preventing the promotion to extras-testing.

The 'backlight stay lit only when plugged' option is working well.

I have been 'road munching' near where I live and then noticed after a few days the dots reappeared, I munched them again, and now a few days later they are back again. Is this normal Waze behaviour?
