Well, that's what they clearly stated their strategy was... Target mainly the Symbian market (where it was strong or not waning dramatically) leaving Lumia's for the remainder. With the Lumia's to gradually creep into N9 launch countries over time as capacity builds. Looking where it's gone/going that does seem to be the case, not in every case though. There's examples of countries where Symbian was waning, but it still went to those... High disposable income /capita, but relatively small pop/economy, e.g: Swit/Fin/Australia/NZ etc. |
