i doubt 1.37ghz is "instant freeze"
it's more like "change frequency too many times" = "instant freeze" did you try again after rebooting? |

My phone is running 1350mhz with 1387500 voltage for 5 days with no problem . Even with SR disabled , I feel battery life the same , lol .
