Thanks for the report YoDude! Awesome to hear the playback issues are finally a thing of the past.

Could you be more specific here? What issues with the rotation are there? I need to publish a fix for Diablo.. if I can fix the rotation at the same time then we can push to testing!

Man. Version 3.3 and never seen the light of Testing lol. I must suck :D.

Yes on my N810 (which I took out after a long time just for pyRadio - as the speakers on N810 are far better) the timezone might be messed up. Will correct that and rerun again.

But from Pandora website itself with the same account I don't get any errors at all and it does play songs for me on my channels. It only from my N900 (which was actually working at first) and on my N810 right from the beginning its not working.

Any progress made on this issue?

I have the same error messages on my N900. I've uninstalled it reinstalled it, etc.

Before the update I would enter in my username and password and it wouldn't be accepted, it would just keep asking me. After this update it just closes immediately.

I've triple checked my time zones.

Unfortunately no. That is an error given by Pandora. Googling I see some people of other third party Pandora applications (such as pianobar and a saver2) have gotten the same error but the only suggestions from those authors, as well as me, were to check the time.

Without being able to reproduce this I really can't help here. Pandora doesn't like some configuration you've got and I don't know what it is.

Thanks for the effort.

I always seem to get the mystery errors, and usually on the apps I really want. Oh well, thats my life.

Yup.. sorry man.

I'd run "date" from the command line and make sure it's showing you a correct timezone and time. Double check it against something like this and make sure you're within a few minutes.

Unfortunately Pandora is an undocumented API :(. Such is life with those.

I truly hope this sees the end of the "random" skipping...

It definitely looks like the song skipping problem has been greatly controlled, and it is quite possible that it is gone completely (I have yet to experience a skip so far).

I can also confirm that playback is extremely stable even while switching between Wi-fi and cellular data, and while traveling in a car through various gradations in cellular network quality (from EDGE to HSDPA). Manipulating the controls (skip, play/stop, thumbs up, etc) seems much more reliable even when used on a cellular network.

I'm liking the flashy gui also.

Any news on getting the pause button to work on Diablo?

Yeah I have that fixed.. I just didn't want to release a full update just for that.. that's why I'm hoping YoDude can tell me what his problems were with the rotation so I co do both fixes and then push to testing.

Sorry for the late reply...

Rotation settings never stick between sessions and must be reset at each start-up. Setting rotation to portrait, while in portrait does not stick within a session. It will reset to automatic when the phone is rotated to landscape so it has actually no affect at all.

Well.. it has an affect.. it forces it to landscape until the next time you go into the configuration.

So, really the issue is I should save it. I guess that's easy enough.. i didn't think people would want an app to permanently stay portrait if they set it to portrait once. I guess they can just unset when they want it to go back though.
