Why do you need to patch to test?, this problem affects ANY & ALL patches, it just so happens that "hide tutorial icon" was in use at the time of writing.

Regardless, here is a link for the requested patch;

Thanks for your time,

Regards,

because i cannot reproduce your problem

Interesting and of course, understandable. I guess I thought the logs would be enough :)

Hopefully you'll discover something although I don't think there is any problem with my patch.

Thanks for trying, seems there is a problem with both of my devices despite being reset numerous times,

I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Not much point in resetting again, plus it takes too many hours to execute and is not solving my problem......fk, fk, f*kety fk. :(

sailfish-weather is an application you can simply uninstall, isn't it?

Maybe it was this letting me think not to try uninstalling but rather leave that system package untouched? ;)

try to uninstall patchmanager, remove /vat/lib/patchmanager folder, reboot install latest pm3 and try again. and send me new logs. please make sure (if possible) logs are since device boot.

Thanks, but there is no patchmanager folder in /var/lib/ and I have removed pm several times but to no avail.

Neither is Tutorial.

What is or is not a "system" package is a completely arbitrary choice.
I can totally see where peterleinchen is coming from.
