hi, not sure how to do it? mind to guide me ? haha not so expert in this kind of stuff.

I did try to uninstall the old wazapp, delete the .wazapp folder, and install it again with last nightly version of wazapp. At first, it didnt work, still stayed the same, however, after i leave it for the whole night, it works again. However, i got new problem, my wazapp doesnt want to sync the contacts, there is no contacs on my wazapp.

Hi, Im using the latest version of wazapp and I am having problems with syncing contacts. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling but with no success, I only made it worse when I deleted the database, now I dont have even a single contact on the application. Help please

but it sometimes just cancels media file sending, its nt that fast like android

Yes, but the was no solution. the best comment was that, Yowsup has changed its syncing protocol e.t.c. is there anything we can Do or just wait for an update?

when i want to do registration i received this error :(
i use different ways for registration like use another android phone and use a website to send registration code but they don't work and i still have this error

can anybody help me to solve this and use wazapp?!

I too have the same problem. Either I get a "wrong param" or the SMS simply doesnt arrive.

Ive tried all the nightly builds and the official build. All of them produce errors. Any idea how to register again?

Ive found a way to register myself with whatsapp.

Ive generated a Code using WART (Whatsapp Registration Tool). Then Ive switched into /opt/waxmpplugin/bin/wazapp/Yowsup, removed the whole content, downloaded the newest source from https://github.com/tgalal/yowsup extracted the src/Yowsup files into the cleaned Yowsup folder, registrated using the generated code, and it went successful. Then Ive removed and reinstalled wazapp to get the old Yowsup folder back and I was able to login.

It doesnt start with the updated framework (that's why you need to reinstall) and after reinstalling you don't have a contact list (sync returns no contacts), but you can receive messages and are able to answer. So Ive messaged my friends to write me a message over whatsapp and now I can chat again. Its not a nice method, but its a nice workaround as long as we have to wait for the update.

Hi, I lost all my wazapp contact, I reinstall wazap 0.9.22 and also 0.9.20.nightly35 but still no contact on wazapp. Only show in contact tab when some friend sent me a text.

any idea?

HELP ??? I m using Wazapp 9.22 on my N9.
Since few weeks, I am unable to Sync the Contacts. When I Sync, the new added Contacts using Wazapp, doesnt get added to my Wazapp 9.22 on N9. I uninstalled and then successfully Installed the Wazapp 9.22 again.
Now since I deleted all Wazapp files from Filebox, and its re-installed, it doesnt show up any Contacts now. and need to Sync.
So when i do Sync, it doesnt actually Sync, and no Contacts appear in my Wazapp. I hope I m using the latest version.

Plese HELP Devs & Experts..... :(

its discussed many times and no solution for wazapp yet. you might use whatsup or persecute instead.

stop asking!!! seriously!
This isn't some magical fairy tale where you can wish for an update and it will be delivered at your earliest convenience!
There are people who put work into that and it takes time!

PS: please read the thread (a few pages back at least or use search) before you post the same questions over and over and over again...

Cool... But atleast U have any idea, approximately how long u will take for update... Not you, I mean the Devs ofcourse... :)

i'm using whatsap 0.34 because of the full contact list but now im getting every day 3 messages with a new updated version to go official site and download. I used option block contact but nothing, still getting messages.

1) What version to install to get rid of this message from server? 0.9.22 or nighty 0.35?

2) first I uninstall this whatsap 0.34 and I install another version or there's no need?

i read again and after all I didn't asked nothing about whatsap, I know are different versions, I asked only if wazapp 0.9.22 or nightly 0.35 you get that message from server to update to a newer version.

wazapp and whatsup are different application. and this thread is about wazapp application, not whatsup.

I'm not sure this is just a copyright or brand issue as they also mention "... unauthorized use of WhatsApp APIs, software, and/or services... "

Does the notice only imply that that we need to take down the code from github? I believe they're pointing out that usage & active development needs to halt.

Hi guys, with this help from Coderus I can reply to messages received whith Wazapp even if the contact list is not populated.

This is really nice. Thnx to Coderus.
I have no issues for sending & replying msges 'to those who send me the msg'.
But the main issue still persists of 'phone contacts not getting Sync in Watsapp 9.22.' So that we can see all Watsapp-user contacts & send msges to those who even don't send me msg. (like before)
Appreciate the devs to dive in and help....

Whatsapp is now owned by Facebook, do you really want to share your whole contact list with Facebook? No thanks, delete my account.
