Thanks for everyone's comments! Has anyone tried taking apps that are stored on their android phone in a titanium back up and installing them? Is there a /system/app directory (or equivalent) on the Jolla phone.

I only used an apk extractor to run fifa 14 which installs fine but does not run well on my tablet.

I actually *hate* how Jolla calls directly from call log -- there has been many occasion when I finished call and when put phone away accidently touched display and phone start call -- and I don't notice!!!

I beg to implement some "security" button to confirm you really wanna call (sugar on top would be an option to send SMS, add new contact and/or open contact card, just like N9 behave).

Since the last update there is the option to open the person's details instead of calling them. You can change this under settings->app settings->phone app IIRC.

In regards to android apps, has anyone tried an android app that opens in a floating resizable window? One example is "Boat Browser" that allow you to open tabs in a floating window. There are other floating apps for texting and media "stickit "

also check here for apps to try.

WOW! I feel so stupid. This was driving me crazy and never looked at the settings.

Went to settings and disabled Quick Call and it now works as expected.

Thank you very much.
