I've stated as much and have apologized. But here's the issue, launching a new platform and a new device with perhaps a new ODM with new parts... I'd rather they get it right than have an unfinished piece of hardware and software in possession.

Being one of the first ones with Jolla phone, I do remember how immature the platform was at launch. It has evolved a lot since then, but reviewers always get the first versions and rarely do any revisits, especially on niche products, so if someone searches information about Jolla phone those bad reviews are still there. So, with this launch they have to get the product right from the beginning, half baked software for the sake of faster delivery simply will not do this time. Still, I expect to get my invitation next week and some information, be it ODM taking a week off or something else.

That would be unlikely, as the tablets are produced in and shipped directly from somewhere in China. :)

Thought jolla shipped everything to Helsinki - bundled with case and installed software. Similar to the Jolla Phone before shipping to users.

AFAIK, unless plans changed, the first backer (rather than dev / beta testers) tablets are supposed to go out with 1.2.x, not 1.1.9 ... that was supposedly going to go out ~2 weeks after 1.1.9 was initially released, if there were no major problems. It's a month later and zero mention or talk of 1.2.x ... I'd guess it and consequently the tablet have been delayed at least another couple of weeks (from now). You'll probably be very lucky if you get it before November.

Well, I just received an sms from DHL. Something sent from Hong Kong.
I don't expect anything else from Hong Kong so I assume it's the Jolla tablet.

I got the invite, finalised it, received the confirmation afterwards but i do not see anything of a tablet when i login to the shop. Only my phone order from 2 years ago. Should i be worried?

Offtopic: I was really hyped the first months, the last 2 only bugged and annoyed - now with the spreedsheat (like in Dec. 2013) i get reexcited again ;)

My order status in the shop is "Paid".
All I have from DHL is "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG 12:01" so I can't confirm it's from Jolla but it's the only thing I can think of.

Too early to tell with just one SMS message.

Even if Jolla handles them in original indiegogo order they will ship them as batches in trolleys or pallets. And the delivery company can and will reorder the shipments as they choose.
