ok, i still cant install this, it now says i need gstreamer and audiopulse.

To install run this in a X-terminal
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install gstreamer-tools

Then for pulse audio
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install pulseaudio-utils
(Won't need the gainroot part of this one if you are already root)


Hmmm doesnt explain why you can't install it auto-magically though :(

ok got gstreamer but when i try audiopulse it says it not available but reffert to by other packages.

package pulseaudio-utils in not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source.
e: package pulseaudio-utils has no installation candidate.

what Firmware have you got? :D

hmmmm - just some basics first, disable extras-devel then (Close app manager)

In terminal,

Code:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Then try installing pulse-tools again :)

Do you have the Nokia repositories enabled in application manager?
