hi sakya, in the light of the latest updates, core"pcsx RE armed" optional "neon gpu" has become much more stable, but in some games like a FF8-9, sometimes chaotically emulator crashing. on "gpu unai" no crashes! if you competent to fix this, please check. for exemple check "Chrono Cross" - "gpu neon" crashing through time, but on "gpu unai" no crashings...

and last, I have already talked about this... on psx rearmed i cant play "parasite eve 2" but on core "psx4m" game starting with out any problems. if you have time, please check this bug (root hacking no halps )

1) n900 must be upgraded to latest pr to support psx4m\pcsx
2) opex x-terminal -> root -> apt-get update -> apt-get upgrade
or open fapman\ham and use standard upgrade,should work fine
3) apt-get install psx4m-gui (dpkg -i psx4m-gui.deb) will answer question (guess only others psx emulator)
4) use apt-get and it will download all needed

may have something set wrong?

thank you bonapart for answering my neewbee questions.

I'm already playing ps1 games through psx4m-gui but i experiencing some sort of bug. I dont know if it is really bug coz while playing games using pcsx-rearmed the screen freezes the displaying the previous scene, it was like lagging then blinking showing the current scene and the previous scene.

Can anyone help me with this.

and lastly what are the step by step command should i do to run psx4m in xterm..

i almost for i also had a problem with application manager coz some catalogs in download category are said to be unavailable and when i refresh my default catalogs nothing happens it failed to refresh.

can anyone help me how to resolve this problem

why dont you try this:
but first you must have rootsh installed
then type in x-term
root
apt-get -f install
apt-get remove pcsx-m
apt-get install psx4m-gui

after that try to installed psx4m-gui & rearmed (latest update manually)

this is the step i've done then voila i can run psx4m-gui... but i havent try in x term yet.

try to run in different settings of rearmed and uncheck both rootcounter hack in advance option.

in may n 900 when I check the rootcouter hack2 and start the game it displays black screen only therefore i'm playing ps1 games with rootcounter hack 2 uncheck

First of all, I would like to thank you for your hard work improving this emulator.

I have some suggestions, that are quite importan in my opinion.
In the game I often press and hold buttons Up + Left(or Right) and Down + Left (or Right) at the same time for controling characters. After realesing Left(or Right) but still holding Up button, the character keeps going. But when doing the same thing with Down + Left (or Right) combination, the charackter stops. Down button must be realesed and pressed again to move charackter further. This is quite inconvenience. It would be nice somehow to fix this issue. And mapping the same functions for several buttons would be quite useful too.

There are a few issues with the new version - some games does not work anymore (even without the enhanced graphics) - FF7 gives these errors - "could not open touchscreen" and pulse audio errors, Tennis arena starts with a black screen and stuck there.

Another question - inoticed that the savegames are different now and those mad without the enhanced graphics are not valid when switching it on - is it possible somehow to continue playing from a saved game which was made without the it with this feature enabled?

use bios as sometimes games cannot safe. also if not work open xterm and type
sudo gainroot
chown -R user:users /home/user/.config/Team16

this will give full access to the configuration directory

Hey man, I have been spending all day today trying to get this game jackie chan stunt master work on psp. it gets stuck on the midway logo

how have you made it to work? I tried downloading 6 different iso's over the internet and converted them, tried them on mac/pc emulators - the audio continues to work when on the mac emulator but the screen is still locked on the midway logo.

Please help!!!

Hi Sakya, i want to once again thank you for the wonderful job.
The emulator is working perfectly, I was happy with everything, but chaotic crashes on GPU NEON is unbearable!!!!
The fact that the emulator will crash randomly, I'm sure it's petty mistake that's easy to fix, but why the console is silent?

log will be just like that, if you just exit of emulator.
Why have not I tried, but gpu neon random crashing.

Let's try to figure out what crashes for my emulator, how do I start the emulator in debug mode?

the only thing I miss is so stable in the core gpu neon.
