But, why do you care? Aren't you the guy that gave up on the promise of desktop Linux/FOSS making the transition to embedded/mobile years go?
Aren't you the guy who thinks Android only is more than good enough?

Maybe, out of not fulfilled expectations from Nokia. But if he is, then we are at least two now.

It kills interesting dialogue, that's just the reality that's being pointed out, I'm not the only one to raise it, it's nothing personal, but it is something you have to be made aware of.

Why don't you add me to ignore list?

I'd thank you, but there's no thanks in this sub-forum... ;-) N.B. you are great comic relief sometimes, but that's very rarely, content is more interesting/relevant/respectful.

Looking for any solid info about how jolla planning to keep the "version" of the OS. Will their OS be like Apples and always be available for new/old phones or will they create a new version for new devices and leave the old devices to day? After all, they coming from Nokia and old habits die hard. But now they are this new entity and maybe they have changed their minds.

What would be really cool and awesome idea was if someone could do a documentary of the competing underdog OSes. The viewer could watch the progress and see how hard the crows are working. Interviews, attend some arranged meetings, follow some worker a whole day during release day, stuff like that.

Jolla vs Tizen vs Ubuntu. (firefox doesn't fit in the idea yet).

The series would be called Game of... OS.

If the documentary won't be created it's a solid marketing strategy to create your own video story. Hope jolla, Ubuntu or Tizen can do that.
