Re: get gngeo to work
gngeo --sound --rompath=/media/mmc2/gngeo/roms --biospath=/media/mmc2/gngeo/bios Game.zip
should work. now if the game name has spaces... for instance like Sonic the Hedgehog - Pocket Adventure (JUE) [!].zip add the game name inside "Sonic the Hedgehog - Pocket Adventure (JUE) [!].zip" QUOTES..... if you read instructions really well the emu should work. google would solve all your problems. stop with i'm a newb and just do some research. I have 2 tutorials on this, that work really well, and the other thread on this people use really well. and yes you are the first case, kinga also had issues for a while but after a while figured it out. follow the tutorials. |

Re: get gngeo to work
it doesn't matter where you place the bios or anything.
Thats the beauty of xgngeo, it allows for choice. What i think is happening. is that when you configure it, it is not saving. because you are not doing the required chmod steps. |
Re: get gngeo to work
unkown or unsupported romset... it gives me... and on the forum u said pm u for the website for the roms.. i did.. and gosh darn... but when i take the game out and just put everything else it gives me a bunch of control options...

unique311,
Nice app bro. Need a little help though. I've got everything in place but am stuck. Below is a screenshot of where I'm at. I installed XGngeo and all components but I'm stuck on last part of this menu on n800 with os2008. I installed your apps and gngeo v.7 , xgngeo v.16-2 and the current bios. Am I missing any library's or dependencies?Any tips or tricks or ideas to get me up and running? Thanks, Dan |
Re: get gngeo to work
you have to download gngeo through app manager
