Re: Browser font size./Midnight Commander..
When using Midnight Commander (THANKS!!), is there a way to keep the display keyboard from popping up, after you scroll through each directory? It is somewhat annoying.

I can view the line "minimum font size=7" but cannot change it.
What am I doing wrong? |

If you didn't, mc always defaults to the file viewer, which deceptively looks like the editor, until the unsuspecting user tries to change something. It's just UNIX's way of trying to be funny... :o |

I know something about wine but have no idea where I could locate the file /home/user/.opera/opera.ini. Way too technical for me. Kindly take me by the hand. |
Re: Browser font size...
1- Use Xterm to get to command prompt.
2- Use an editor like vi or MC to edit that file. 3- Save the changes. 4- Done. |
Re: Browser font size...

Teaching you how to use both is beyond the scope of this forum. May I suggest either a good beginners' book on Linux -- or just use the zoom keys. |
