First shot at matching up sounds to my classic game wallpaper pack. Sounds based around the original Super Mario Bros:

Ringtone/Incoming call: Mario collecting two coins with some silence before and afterwards... ding, ding.......... ding, ding....

New IM/SMS: Mario kicks a Koopa shell... it's important to pick something really short that you don't mind hearing often for this.

New E-Mail: Mario enters a pipe.

Are there already existing sites which host free/CC-licensed mp3 ringtones? I mean unlike the 3200x480 or 800x480 wallpapers, the N900 uses standard mp3s for ringtones so we shouldn't need something N900-specific.
