Quite bored of trying it now. Nokia Repair center have suggested sending it to Nokia. 15 days turnaround. Great. |
Re: Guide: (Windows) How to flash your eMMC and OS.
I bought a Galaxy S so am selling my N900. Just wanna say thanks for this guide. You made the process so easy and now the next person gets this great phone clean as a whistle :)
I just changed the commands based on the .bin files being different for my region and it worked a treat. Thank you :) btw: i used Win 7. |
Re: Guide: (Windows) How to flash your eMMC and OS.

Re: Guide: (Windows) How to flash your eMMC and OS.

But imma just flash the OS but I want my contacts and things so I just back it up right. Flash my phone than install the back up right? |
Re: Guide: (Windows) How to flash your eMMC and OS.
Quote:
In the website hosting the FIASCO and eMMC image, they warn against letting the Phone boot between flashing the FIASCO and eMMC. I'm sure they have reasons. So the flag "-R" is unnecessary and will just complicate things as it will cause the n900 to reboot, and then you'll have to boot into recovery again......... |
Re: Guide: (Windows) How to flash your eMMC and OS.
