It wasn't that I 'disagreed' with you - it was that I do know what I am talking about.

I find the 'moderation' of that thread still to be incredibly incompetent and I hope that Reggie has a word or two with any moderator that posted in it.

To quote Reggie:

If there's a consensus that I'm incompetent I will cheerfully relenquish damned-if-you-do-or-don't moderator duties and let someone else deal with the difficulty and ingratitude.

Maybe someone wants to create a poll?

This is sad.

I support Tex and the way he exercises his duties. I'd take 1000's of Tex's over a single draconian dictator any day.

Some people just need to grow up and enjoy being on a forum.

i personally appreciate yours and other moderators work
and hoped my posts will show concern and engagement/involvement/interest in the way forum is shaping

Not bailing out of childishness. Just making too many errors in judgment and thinking my energies are best spent elsewhere. But feel free to volunteer your own services, eagle.

I don't think you realize just how often Tex has to defend himself against extreme over-generalizations like this.

Eventually - everyone quits. It has nothing to do with being childish but with being fed up.

*sigh*

Oh well.... I hope Tex that you still plan to hang out on the forums ;).
