Specifying most sizes in percent should do the trick nicely, it should scale pretty good then. Although than can be hard to do ;)

I think we all understand that but wouldn't it be nice if it could somehow zoom out to fit any website like Safari? That was kind of my original question.

Safari doesn't zoom. It basically breaks web designers css/html markup and does it own hopefully intelligent decisions.

Wouldn't it be nicest of all for web sites to go back to providing information, and leave it to the browser to take care of how that information is rendered?
