The app doesn't runs anything in background and only modifies one file that is harmless for the system, so your problem is somewhere else, I guess.
If you want to remove the bootscreen video completely, edit the config file or install BootScreen again and de-select the video. BootScreen doesn't remove the Nokia hands movie, nor the system config files, so that's the expect behavior, nothing lingering from the app itself. |
