Why are you installing gdebi?
Type apt-get -f install and post the output before confirming here.

thanks. after removed gdebi the vnc install by apt get vnc...
i have the icon in app manager but by click on its not runing..
if its becous its run only in comand mode. thene what is the comand to play video?
can i set vlc deffolt player for video and for direct streeming?
