Atleast the symbian app says that the store is still under maintenance.

Only change seems to be you cant give a true really low rating for the crap in there now as they have changed the rating system.

i don't know. you may try. last time i bought multimedia-content from ovi store, the N900 couldn't play the file. (same with the "send a ...- MMS"-applications they had there for a while... it seems nobody cares if the content is compatible with the device at all.)

buy a video from ovi store and you may get PR 1.2 for the same price :)
