best bet is use pc , i had same problem with microB so used pc which worked 1st time...

check out screen shots.
First one is maps.google.com on your browser and the second is the GVM. I personally still would prefer the Browser version. GVM is very funky and reminds me of an early year 2000 release. It is pixelated, makes beep sounds you would hear from a PC before sound cards existed and just isnt easy to use. I also couldnt figure out how to get "my location". It kept saying it isnt supported on this device. I have the geolocation enabled. Update: and only works in portrait mode. Interesting when you're typing an address under the search menu - and the screen is 90 degrees to the keyboard. |

I also have the same issue on my n900. Cannot figure out how to get my location enabled as it says it isnt supported on this device.
