Well honestly it's very rare that i see MeeGo-Harmattan mentioned. 90% of people just refer it as MeeGo when we are talking about the Nokia's OS used this year and probably don't even know about it. That's why there's quite alot of confusion around example on the N9 rumours.
It's something Nokia doesn't seem to want to talk much outside of dev discussion.

The whole Meego naming convention is a nightmare. Considering Meego just means the OS itself which can have different UIs on top of it (for example, car vs tablet vs handset vs TV box etc..). For example the Vanilla Meego the N900 will get might look entirely different than the Meego-Harmattan that the N9 gets. |
