My issue with the skype has been resolved for now.

I did couple of things yesterday..So i am not sure what solved my problem.

1) Overclocked my N900 to 750Hz.
2)Got a new Dual Band Gigabit Router (Not sure if this helped)
3) Kept phone close to BT till the call connects (less than 1 feet and on the same side of phone)

Skype dual tone (Still ringing when call is already connected) is the only problem now. Assume this is the problem with Skype not Nokia,
