Almost sounds like you want an N810 ;-) Two of your requirements are missing (namely physical "|" and "`" keys using the default keymap), but the rest are there and as a bonus the battery lasts much longer too.

Yeah, I remember way back in the day, when these first came out. NO ONE had anything else close to it. It was really awesome, quite expensive or I would have purchased one.
