Yes and even for European members who live in countries that apparently don't exist (Malta). I enquired with the local HP autorised distributors regarding the Touchpad and Pre3.
Their reponse:

What's that about? The only option would be ebay, where everything is going out on bids for much higher prices. Unless things change, I will never be able to try WebOS..which sucks. |
