first remove duplicate entries in /etc/sources.list,
I dont see a sources.list file insystem/etc folder |

Try disabling or removing repos. The output suggests that you have too many open. Usually the ones with NO_PUBKEY are either now obsolete or down.
Also when you are trying to update apps via HAM ensure you have the CSSU repos disabled. |
