how's the N91 review going? :)
since you're pretty much into audio, have you tried the YUIN PK1 on the N900 unamped? Can the N900 drive those buds?

Not to be the negative nancy, but if the N91 / 2006 is the end all compared to the N9 / 2011... sad state of affairs.

^ it is the phone to beat in terms of audio quality/loudness/clarity through headphones

the second best Nokia I've listened to is the N900
with the 100% loudness patch enabled

in terms of speakers though... 5800XM , N95, 6110 navigator have AMAZING sound via speakers

If you read the review for headphone usage the N9 topped this comparo 'overall'.
N900 come out in front in one or two significant areas (depending on your usage).

But for the N9 or N900 to lose against the N91 is nothing snicker at, see why
