can verify that gorgezillas file was modified. read it before i installed so please blame thread owner if you now have a bricked n900. lol

my uploaded transition.txt has been modified!

You should have followed MY steps and use MY transitions.

no, literally reflashed a week ago to kp49 and all set up and working lovely, was just testing transitions. didnt really think that i'd need backup menu so soon. oh i wish i had of installed it. LIVID :mad:

I absolutely tested the files which i've created but didn't tested the godzilla file
i've no f'ing idea why that happened ...!!
BTW I'M VERY SORRY I SHOULD HAD TESTED THAT ONE TOO..
And dont u know playing with system files always has a risk of f8cking the device up havent u gone through this evr before..
U should always have a back-up for ur n900 or have a back-up menu
Well not all your fault i should had warned every one ....:(

If you have SSH installed already you could stick the phone in R&D mode (disable watchdogs) then just ssh in and fix the damage. Otherwise boot the meego rescue init&kernel, mount as USB device and fix from there.

its completely fine! it happens. relax!

might switch to kernel BFS this time anyway so no big deal. shoulda had my backups in place in case this happens lol

I still cannot find it in the system tab !?
All i see in the settings is this, nothing in the menu.

Tested here the initial transition file from gorgezilla and working fine, no problem although didn't reboot... and also placed the file in /usr/share/theme-I-use folder.
