Re: [Announce][Fremantle] Ten Minute Core Workout
Bump.
Promoted to Testing. Please don't forget to QA and vote. Also updated the OP pictures to latest package (Currently 0.0.6). |
Re: [Announce][Fremantle] Ten Minute Core Workout
Hi there,
you should add automatic dependency to Espeak as without it the program won't start (without telling you why). |
Re: [Announce][Fremantle] Ten Minute Core Workout
Are you having a dependancy problem?
I was under the impression... Code:
${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends} Do I need to add espeak to the list? If there is intrest, my current plan is to learn C++ and Qt I my spare time. I can then start to re-write the application to add more features, but this will take a while. This is why I promoted the current version. |
Re: [Announce][Fremantle] Ten Minute Core Workout
Will fix the dependency problem when the autobuilders up again.

New screenshots added to OP. Quote:
Obviously thanks to all you FOSS Maemo Qt coders, without studying your applications and your help none of my works would be possible. This is a full rewrite using QTimer's, which has enabled me to add new functionality. New functions include a handy stop pushButton, stopwatch and images and text of the current exercise. The images are the GIF's from the wiki, but alas I am not yet good enough to get them working. :) The original shell script is still included in the package but is no longer functional from the GUI. Left it in for reference also you may have triggered this from a QBW or other service, so I didn't want to break that on you. This comes just in time for burning off all that chocolate you have been eating this Easter season ;) Have fun, let me know what you think. |

New training window added. This allows you to have 30, 60 or 120 second notifications for rep training. This also includes a rep counter up to 2 figures (so 99) plus stopwatch to keep an eye on the current training time. The rep counter will reset when you press start for your next set. |

I have changed the way the training timer counts in order to keep better accuracy, the timer now only counts up to the rep and not the total exercise time. In version 0.0.9 the alert and the time start to lag after a period of reps, this should no longer happen. I have also added a function to wakeup the screen on both the exercise timer and the main core workout when it needs your attention (starting a rep/changing exercise). |

Made lots of features optional in Settings menu and added Vibration Alert function. Lots of changes to QSettings let me know if you have any issues. I have tested it from a fresh install and an upgrade so should be no problems. |

* Added vibration to training start. * Changed Training timer selection to radio buttons. * Added "skip" buttons to make maxrep slider easier to use. Should be the last version before pushing to Extras. Any opinions or bugs let me know. |
