Rabah_vip, please, there is already a brain-dev and the common-sense package installed - just use them!

Open the "/usr/share/applications/*.desktop" file you want to change with your favourite editor and replace the value of "Name=" with the new name.

The reason, why apt cannot find brain-dev in cache is because brain-dev is installed in the virtuall volume called head-room. head-room is not activated on his device!
