Are your usb ports working? It's quite crucial information.
USB port is working. I am able to connect to charger. I will learn how to reflash, apply that knowledge, and update. Thank you all for all the information.

Based on what I have been reading from the Wiki page Is selecting restore original settings the same procedure as reflashing?

Absolutely no. You need to follow part from here:

I agree, that page about reflashing is a mess. It *does* contain all required and valid info, but stuck between confusing workarounds for rare case problems and outdated info. So, be vigiliant.
