fk_lx, the conflict between you and thp aside, what you are doing is repeated public denunciation of various employees of a company, and should the whole thing get before court, this alone might bring you into trouble.
Better find another way to settle this whole issue privately.

Dear Martin I'm not afraid of courts as I'm not telling lies, that's why I'm speaking about whole case publicly and if someone sees something that is not truth and harms someones or company good name he is free to sue me.

Regarding solving this thing privately - Jolla had countless chances to solve the reported problem amicably, but they've wasted them completely. Sorry, it's their (employees & management) fault. People go public when everything else fails.
