i find his jokes funny. i was never a big fan of chuck or know how such an obsession began. but seeing whole websites dedicated to chuck norris jokes is amusing and intriguing

BTT: after reading about 7777 posts (had to read some twice) I feel ready to troll a little bit, but somebody has to wake up the other trolls, like Laughingstok or rpg_Amazon, otherwise this one will be a "dead thread walking" before Flash 10.1 or even the all new, spectacular, loaded with hundreds of thousands usefull and free apps Ovi Store will be released :D

No they aren't, they just decided they should concentrate on MeeGo. They don't see future for N900/Maemo5.

MeeGo will power multiple different devices and where it mean business. N900, if were given official MeeGo, they might get less sales on their first MeeGo devices. So, it's logical that there is decisions to drop MeeGo officially for N900 and let the community do the dirty work.

There's no denying MeeGo is advancing fast, steady and no stupid speculations, the dates are revealed and accurate, and the effort is too obvious. Poor N900, abandoned, it's surviving thanks to the community. Nokia should thanked the community which have contributed so many things that Nokia should have provided in the first place and much easier, less time, faster and eliminates all these problems, but seems they decided to rush on the MeeGo devices instead.

He Guys Im still thinking about the OVI Store Update they told this week thursday 27. Letys check how many thursday do have 27 as a date :)
Anyway who needs the OVI store for other lame applications (exeption of Angry Birds of course :)

And btw even after PR1.2 the N900 is not able to cook me a coffee in the morning im kinda disappointed about that.

not sure about the rest, but osso-coffeemaker should be installable now :p

make sure you have the prerequisites installed
add the tesco repository and run
apt-get install kettle coffee sugar water cups spoon

it should work nicely, theres even a desktop widget for it afaik

But I heard this only woirks if you have been able to hit all Angry Bird Levels with 3 Stars, which is kinda easy, but the heard thing is you have to do it while Chuck is roundhouse kicking you :D

I got e-mail from Nokia this morning telling me about the new Ovi Store. I notice that the N900 is missing from the list of supported devices.

Edit: Oops, I reread the message and it says the Ovi Store app is supported on a bunch of non-N900 devices.

WTF :mad: This is clearly another case of Nokia neglecting the users of the N900 yet again. I thought I read somewhere that Nokia would provide mini-marshmallows with every new smart phone. This sucks!
