Thanks for the workaround.

Since last version many sites seem to crash the browser. Anything on touch.facebook.com, for example, is basically a guaranteed crash now for me. Would give more info but I can't get it to start from terminal.

EDIT: starting from terminal results in Meefox taking basically all CPU. No error messages when browser would have crashed, it stops responding instead. Hard to test this due to the massive CPU usage and extremely unresponsive browser in this situation (had to restart phone eventually as UI locked solid).

im not sure how i get espanol language when going to fb website using meefox.

btw, using IP4 UA have all the ui messes up..weird, android UA is okay tho.

Not too sure what I'm doing wrong, I've downloaded new version but after running installation I've still got v1.0.3a. I've uninstalled by long press on icon but still when new version installs it is older version. Is there something else I can do??

Noticed that i must refresh web page in some cases before its possible to open a new window (multiple windows open) Even in this forum.

Now i have this problem with that 1.0.4a version.. I open browser and go to some site, it works but then i try go to another site and meefox shuts down.. Reboot doesn't help. i'll try to install it again..

Well, my eyes are aging so it is possible I just can't see it, but my GF can't see it too ;). Where is the back arrow?

A different menu should appear, just like QMLmozbrowser.

I can confirm this bug too, yesterday I was using meefox and had to hard reboot my phone twice, this didn't happened with qmlbrowser.

freemangordon, i see you poped menu, navigation dissapeared. hold finger and not release, move finger to left/right and you will see navigation.

Oh, I see. A fancy (and hard to use) UI :p. A proposal - increase the icons opacity to 60%-80%, as those are hardly visible now, esp on white background with text.

I need new iconset. This one is ported from QmlMozBrowser and hard to use.

Can't we have default ones that are included in Symbian and MeeGo QML Components? The star is there, the wheel, the arrow.. I think some suitable ones for the rest too?

Also I don't think my QmlMozBrowser icons are that bad when inverted.

Feel free to design an icon set and submit it to coderus. He won't say no if he likes them.

Thats what I wanted to do next for normal and inverted ones. Just need some time. Not in the mood to do graphics work after a 10 hour work day....

Did the latest update introduce changes to EmbedLite? I can't get touch.facebook.com to work, it just crashes the browser upon clicking any button. User Agent related?

How comes WebKit is so much more friendly with those Touch sites than Opera and Firefox?

I'm not using facebook, sorry. I can't help you.

It's not just Facebook - similar crashes happen on other sites. For example, amazon.com now seems to do the same for me. AFAICT this didn't happen before the last update.

What is annoying to me right noe is the about:blank loads up quite late. I launch the browser, type two or three letters, then the about:blank launches which resets the address bar. Is there a way to remove it completely or make it load faster?

Maybe it wasn't clear: the about:blank on the address bar loads too slow. The instant meefox was launched, I'd click on the address bar to type. After 2 or 3 letters, the about:blank appears which removes the 2 or 3 letters I typed. Because of this I am not able to work so quickly, I'd have to wait for the about:blank to appear then type.
