hard to say.
the rounded back threw me, because it's a very Sony Ericsson style, however the sloped corners are similar to a lot of design styling that's playing out on current and upcoming Nokia handsets.

I wonder why they put in ponies tho. seems kinda redundant when you also have the far superior unicorns included. I'd swap all those ponies for just one pegasus any day!

iPhone 5 will include punigases that transform to your equine of choice (though if you want your pegasus in white you have to wait 6 months). Swappable battery still not included.

Will it be able to run Maemo 5 apps? Capacitive screen and battery life like on the N8? ATT 3G? Good camera? Built in VoIP and Skype support? MicroB? MicroSD slot? Flash 10? If yes to all, where do I sign up?

Harmattan is hardfp, so Maemo 5 applications will require recompilation, at a minimum, before they will run. The exception is Python applications, which should run as soon as Python is available.
