Okay guyz so if i am not wrong, i should probably make a backup on my memory card (then remove it, just to be on the safe side) flash the new firmware and the phone will return to it's fact setting (just with the new firmware). After that i can insert my memory card and restore and all my contacts, SMS and setting will restore, since my messages and contacts are very important to me and i don't know any other form of backup. Nokia's PC suite can't even do it. Also can i get a confirmation on what will restore with the backup and what won't.

This quote of yours is embarrassing. I could understand your concern with legal aspects, noobs doing something stupid and maybe someone getting fired - but once you get to "punishing" the community - you're getting childish.

Yes, of course. And overclocking should be illegal, the dudes writing the scripts should be jailed (how dare they tinker with Nokia software), and the guy selling the laser cut stands should hand over his profit to Nokia (because they didn't grant him a license). Seriously... if you don't see the value of discussing (admittedly) leaked software here, and one that has been so anticipated at that, then I guess you don't understand what the function of this forum has been over the years.
